Arrow Out is a puzzle game developed and published by Faxcy Studios. The game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes unless otherwise authorized by Faxcy Studios.
You agree to use Arrow Out only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, modify, exploit, or unauthorizedly access the game or its services.
Game progress, settings, coins, stars, and other gameplay information may be stored locally on your device.
Faxcy Studios does not guarantee that locally stored game progress will always be preserved. Game data may be lost if the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, the device is reset, or other technical issues occur.
Arrow Out may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob. The game may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game rewards after the applicable advertisement is completed.
Advertising services are subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Arrow Out currently does not require an account to play. If paid features or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, they will be subject to the applicable platform's payment terms and conditions and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Arrow Out, including its name, logo, graphics, game design, text, audio, software, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Faxcy Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit the game's content without prior written permission from Faxcy Studios.
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, new features, balance changes, or other modifications to Arrow Out. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game when reasonably necessary.
We aim to keep Arrow Out available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Arrow Out may use third-party services such as Google AdMob. Your use of features provided through third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Arrow Out is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Faxcy Studios makes no guarantee that the game will meet every user's expectations or remain free from interruptions or errors.
We may update these Terms of Service when the game, its services, or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be made available through the app and this published Terms of Service webpage.
